Rear wheel was smoking Friday night…needed it checked out the next day but most mechanic shops were closed. Never been here before but this place was open and I lived nearby, so I stopped by to see if they could fit me in. Guy that helped me was awesome (I believe his name was Carl). Seemed like an honest guy, and he serviced my rear wheel/breaks for what I thought was a more than reasonable price. Definitely would return here again.
Mechanics have the power to rip you off if you are naive and don’t know about cars. However, with the owner of this, very genuine and I’ve never met a mechanic business like this yet I am 200km away from town. I wish he’d be closer to home and I am definitely willing to bring my car to this guy even if I’m 200km far away haha. Definitely recommend his service to car owners. My wife and I have been giving these amazing people our vehicles for quite a few years now. The prices are ALWAYS better than the competitors and the work they do is very thorough and makes my family and I feel safe. Karl is a really nice and reasonable guy, but even more importantly he’s trust worthy, honest and to the point. If you’re good people then you should always go to CMac first!

This absolute angel of a man needs to go viral and I’m telling all of my friends and family this as well. When we showed up at Carl’s shop, we had no idea how bad it was. So many springs and rods were actually broken. This amazing man took so much care and pride in his work just to ensure our safety and deserves to be glowed as such. So many mechanics have been known to negate issues or not mention things so you’ll keep going back. We’re going back BECAUSE of the quality of his work; it’s done right, with care.
